Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at ACM Glass Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to 2 years of experience in an office setting.
Your responsibilities will include opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic inquiries, as well as providing excellent customer service. You will also be tasked with ordering office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and responding to employee questions and complaints.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with English as the primary work language.
