Job Description
AAR MAPLE HOLDING LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
The duties include coordinating information flow within the team, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with attention to detail are required.
This is a permanent position, offering 30 hours of work per week, with English as the primary working language.
