Job Description

Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record minutes of meetings and prepare agendas
- Answer phone calls and relay messages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Provide customer service and organize conferences
Work Conditions: Attention to detail is essential.
Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, organized, team player.
Work Term: Permanent, 35 hours per week, Work Language: English.
