Position: Administration Officer
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset or equivalent experience
Tasks
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Administer policies related to the release of records under government access to information legislation
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation and equipment
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory
- Data entry
