Job Description

Company: GOLDEN TRUCK REPAIR LTD.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Tasks:

• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
• Coordinate and plan office services
• Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain inventory controls
• Assemble data and prepare reports and correspondence
• Oversee office administrative procedures
