Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of progressive experience (CPA preferred), strong knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems, and proven leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include supervising staff, preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance, and improving accounting processes to support business decisions.
