Job Description

PowerON Energy Solutions is seeking an Accounting Administrator to report to the Finance & Accounting Manager. The role involves providing daily accounting and office support, including:

• Administering accounts receivable and payable transactions.
• Preparing bank reconciliations and updating general ledger accounts.
• Supporting expense reporting and audit processes.
• Assisting in company operations and business office administration.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in Engineering or Construction.
• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
