Job Description

• Answer client inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
• Inform clients about their delivery status.
• Collect client feedback and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify service improvement opportunities based on client interactions.

• 6 months of customer service experience (call center preferred).
• Effective and composed in challenging situations.
• Strong listening and writing skills.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Proficient with Office 365 and Google Maps.
