Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage appointments and inquiries efficiently.
• Oversee front desk operations, including phone and email correspondence.
• Collect Google Reviews and engage with customers online.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and order supplies.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
