Tasks:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise food preparation staff
• Train staff in duties, sanitation, and safety
• Estimate ingredients for meal preparation
• Ensure food quality standards are met

Supervision:

Responsible for 1 to 2 staff in various areas.

Experience:

2 to 3 years required in a similar role.
