Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone and email orders/inquiries.
- Complete customer sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Update/create customer accounts.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Attend monthly staff meetings.
- Schedule daily deliveries.
- Receive and process payments.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Experience:
- 1 year in call center/customer service (preferred).
- Familiarity with computer programs.
Location: Uxbridge, ON L4A 3R7 (reliable commute preferred).
