Job Description

Position Summary

The Over-the-Counter Associate assists customers by managing their assigned area, fulfilling tasks from the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager, and ensuring excellent customer service, in line with Walmart’s values.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with the Privacy Act.
• Maximize sales and profits.
• Rotate stock and identify expired items.
• Keep the department organized and clean.
• Ensure pricing accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 16 years or older.
