Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and oversee microbiology operations.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA/Validation, and Production teams.
- Handle department budget and project resource allocation.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support project execution according to timelines.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong microbiology lab skills required.
- Self-starter, able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
