Job Description
New Concept Management Inc. is seeking a part-time or contract Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our accounting department with maintaining financial records and performing various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Input data and generate reports using accounting software.
- Verify vendor accounts and process invoices.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor the Accounts Payable email inbox and handle clerical duties.
Experience:
- 1 year in Accounting and Bookkeeping (required).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Job Type: Part-time; Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour; Schedule: Monday to Friday; Expected hours: 20 per week.
