Job Description
The Ben Calf Robe Society is seeking a dedicated Child Care Worker to support children and youth living in our Group Homes. This role provides crucial support to high-risk individuals through group assistance, outreach, and life skills enhancement while using a harm reduction model.
Shift Work: Sunday to Saturday, 8-hour shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am).
Experience Required:
- Group care experience with ages 0-17
- Familiarity with the 2SLGBTQI+ community
Qualifications: Post-secondary education related to the field, clear background checks, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $22.00-$25.00/hour
