Job Description
Oceanex is currently searching for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our Montreal office. The chosen candidate will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be responsible for taking, administering, and responding to customers’ requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and bookings via phone, fax, and electronically.
- Answer inquiries regarding availability, services, and equipment.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with dispatch.
- Redirect customers to relevant departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience in customer service; transportation experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
