Job Description

Company: MOONLIGHT INDIAN KITCHEN INC.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Determine food portion sizes and costs.
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements.
• Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Train staff in food preparation and handling.
• Manage kitchen operations.
