BC Floor Plans has been in operation since 2007 providing real estate marketing services including 2D & 3D floor plans, staging, photography & video service as well as creating and supplying printed materials. Summary:

BCFP is looking for excellent real estate photographers and videographers to joing our photography department. Duties include creation of on-site still photography (standard, HDR, Flambient), 360 degree panorama images, video and drone if it’s within your skill set. Must be results driven, self directed. Candidate must be punctual, hard working, have a keen eye for detail and have excellent communication skills. Position is freelance and generally Monday to Friday 9-5 but can sometimes require weekend and evening work (such as twilight photography). Additional pay is included for these shoots. Schedule, availability and work area is set 100% by the freelancer

Requirements:

• A reliable vehicle with a valid BC driver’s license.
• Own DSLR equipment with ultra wide angle lens, tripod and pano gear
• Expert knowledge in DSLR operation and photo editing
• Knowledge of bracketing for HDR (equipment should be capable of at least 5 brackets)l
• Monday to Friday availability and or Saturday and Sunday
• An eye for detail (knowledge of what makes a home look great in a photo)
• Punctuality is extremely important
• Great communication/customer service skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines at times
• A professional image is important
• Experience with 360 tours an asset
• Able to provide freelance contract services and provide proper invoices

Description:

Position will be on a freelance/contract basis which will require submission of regular invoices (twice a month). Assignments will be anywhere in the lower mainland, but we are especially looking for someone available in the Langley/Surrey area. Generally will be 2+ shoots a day depending on the market, your availability and willingness to travel. Work area and availability can be customized to your preference. Compensation will be a fixed amount per shoot, based on number of photos ordered or size of home for video. Photographer duties are to meet with the client or homeowner at the property (to ask if there are any specific requests), take some beautiful photos as required and then upload the sorted images to Google Drive for editing … BCFP will take care of the rest. Although our ideal candidate will be self sufficient, some training will also be provided.
