Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager to oversee the front desk operations at our boutique resort in Port Severn. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage daily dock reservations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Lead and train night audit staff to ensure daily role over and overnight operations are smooth.
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with tact and efficiency.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and guest preferences.
- Implement policies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand of Rawley.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of front desk Opera software and multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of restaurant reservation software.
- Knowledge of spa reservation software.
- Knowledge of staff scheduling systems.
- Ability to handle guest complaints diplomatically.
- Previous experience in resort settings preferred.
