Job Summary
Oxford College is building a high-energy Outreach Ambassador Team to drive awareness and generate student leads in the community. As an ambassador, you’ll engage the public at events and high-traffic locations, promote Oxford College programs, and capture qualified leads for Admissions. Ideal for sales-minded, outgoing individuals who enjoy results-driven work with competitive pay and commission.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively approach and engage the public at malls, career fairs, and high-traffic community events
- Pitch Oxford College programs confidently and clearly, tailored to each prospect’s goals
- Qualify prospects on the spot and capture accurate contact information for follow-up
- Generate high-quality leads for the Admissions team and contribute to daily/event lead targets
- Handle common questions and objections around programs, timelines, and career outcomes
- Represent Oxford College with professionalism, energy, and credibility
- Support outreach campaigns, on-campus activations, and promotional initiatives
- Assist with booth setup, breakdown, and smooth event execution
- Work closely with the Outreach Manager and Team Leads to optimize conversations, scripts, and results

- Sales or lead-generation background is required (events, retail sales, door-to-door, call centre, promotions, or similar)
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain value quickly
- Results-driven mindset – comfortable working toward targets
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in public-facing environments
- Passionate about education, career advancement, and helping others take next steps
- Able to commute to multiple outreach locations across the GTA
- Available evenings and weekends
- Coachable, positive, and eager to improve sales performance
