Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Die Cutter Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining GM die cutting machines to produce high-quality products while ensuring efficiency and safety. This is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge of the label industry in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an afternoon position, 2:30pm – 12:30am.

Responsibilities Include:

• Set up and operate GM die cutting machines according to specifications
• Ensure proper calibration of machines to meet product requirements
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet customer standards
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet production targets
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to repetitively rotate shoulders and arms
• Ability to use computers and apply basic knowledge of computer systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods
