Sales Representative – British Columbia
Location: British Columbia, lower mainland
Position Type: Contract or Employee (open to discussion)
Compensation: Base salary + strong commission structure
Travel: Frequent travel within the lower mainland. Occasional travel within BC

As we expand our presence in BC, we are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Sales Representative to own and grow this market.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opening for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial salesperson to take full responsibility for developing and managing our lower mainland BC territory. You will be the primary sales presence in the province, supported by a strong management team and established product lines.

Key Responsibilities
- ·Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout the lower mainland and BC.
- · Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- · Follow up on leads, conduct customer visits, and manage your sales pipeline.
- · Present product solutions, overcome objections and negotiate sales agreements.
- · Maintain accurate sales records, reporting, and documentation.
- · Build and manage a referral network and identify growth opportunities for trailer sales.
- · Work closely with management on forecasting, market activity, and account planning.
- · Represent the company with professionalism and strong communication skills.
What You Bring
- · Proven experience and success in asset sales; experience in trailers, trucking or heavy equipment is an asset.
- · Strong relationship building skills and customer first approach.
- · Ability to manage a territory independently and effectively.
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- · Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
- · Comfort with basic mathematical calculations and sales reporting.
- · High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-discipline.
- · Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- · Valid drivers license and ability to travel.
- · Passport required for occasional travel.
- · Cold calling to establish relationships with the decision makers.
Working Conditions
- · Frequent travel in the lower mainland, including several hours of driving per day.
- · Overtime is required during busy seasons or events
- · Exposure to variable weather conditions when visiting customer sites or equipment yards.
- · Computer use and administrative tasks required for reporting and communication.
- · Occasional driving outside the lower mainland to see customers.
Compensation & Structure
We offer:
· A foundational base salary,
· Commission-based earnings with no cap,
· Opportunity to grow a territory with significant market potential.
Contract Option:
We are open to engaging a qualified contract sales representative, offering strong commissions and flexibility.
