Location: Richmond, British Columbia
Located in the World Famous Richmond Auto Mall
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers and prospects in a professional manner
- Achieve new and used vehicle sales targets
- Conduct demonstration and feature presentation of vehicles consistent with the quality and reputation of the product
- Quote sales price, including tax, license fees, discounts and requirements for financing payment of vehicles purchased
- Prospect and follow up with potential buyers
- Provide support in the placement of advertisements, participate in promotional activities and participate in other sales related activities as required
- Complete accurate and timely documents required by ICBC, financial institutions, and manufacturers
- Present finance and lease programs to customers as necessary
- Remain current on automotive market vehicle values
- Remain familiar and act according to F & I systems (CDK/180/PBS)
- Act as the liaison between the client and the dealership
- Close sales and communicate with Sales Manager
- Manage clients’ expectations to ensure the highest sales customer satisfaction scores possible
- Accurately complete the necessary paperwork and collect funds from clients
- Provide management with ad hoc reporting as required
- Attend manufacturer training as required
- Qualifications:
- 3+ years of automotive sales experience
- Luxury automotive sales preferred
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent follow up and customer relation skills
- Computer literate -Microsoft Office, ADP, 180
- Valid drivers’ license
- Valid B.C. VSA License
- Willing to work Richmond Auto Mall hours including weekends and evenings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,00.00-$150,00.00 per year
