Job Description
We are looking for an experienced paralegal with a primary focus on foreclosure work. Salary will be dependent upon experience in foreclosure matters.
The ideal candidate will have recent relevant experience in foreclosure matters and be able to handle the administrative portion of foreclosure matters (conducting appropriate searches, review of files, drafting and filing pleadings, reporting to bank clients, corresponding with third party debtors / realtors, billing matters, and closing files) from start to finish with little assistance.
Experience in foreclosure matters is preferred but will consider candidates with other relevant experience, particularly real estate and / or collection matters.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office interface required and with FCT Collectlink preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $50,00.00 per year
