Digital Service Insurance Team Lead
Leading a team of Insurance Advisors by acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), coaching and mentoring with the support and assistance of the Manager, Digital Service. Supporting the daily operations and contributing to the growth of business and operations of a large Personal Lines book of business.
Here is what a typical day looks like
  • Overseeing changes to insurance policies and endorsements according to policy and procedure
  • Continuously researching and reviewing industry and product knowledge to ensure legislative statutes are adhered to
  • Completing performance evaluations for staff in partnership with the Manager, Digital Service
  • Developing self through industry involvement, training and other courses
  • Adhering to all Company processes to ensure consistent and accurate documentation, and correspondence
  • Assisting other departments, positions, tasks and duties as required
The value you bring
  • General Insurance Level 2 License required, RIBO an asset
  • History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices
  • Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment
  • Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours/week
