Job Description

Newlands Golf & Country Club seeks a Canteen Services Manager responsible for budgeting and cost control of food, alcohol and supplies; monitoring revenues and labor costs; planning daily operations; supervising and training staff; enforcing liquor and health regulations; negotiating with suppliers; handling customer concerns; maintaining stock, sales and wastage records; preparing reports and estimates; and hiring food service staff. Requires secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Permanent position, 30 hours per week, working language: English.
