Job Description

Yuu Seafood Restaurant seeks a Food Service Supervisor. Requires College/CEGEP or equivalent and 1–2 years’ experience. Restaurant role; willing to relocate. Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising and training kitchen staff in food preparation, sanitation and safety; estimating ingredients and supplies; hiring; enforcing quality control; preparing budgets, cost estimates and reports; maintaining stock, sales and waste records; assembling trays; and handling customer concerns. Fast-paced, physically demanding environment with standing, walking and tight deadlines. Must be client-focused, flexible, a team player and take initiative. Permanent position, English working language, 35 hours per week.
