Job Description
We are hiring an RBC Mortgage Specialist to advise clients on mortgage solutions, evaluate credit and property information, guide application processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will build client relationships, meet sales targets, collaborate with underwriters, and provide clear mortgage recommendations tailored to borrower needs. Ideal candidates have mortgage licensing, 2+ years’ experience in residential lending or banking, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proven customer-service orientation. Familiarity with RBC products and mortgage systems is a plus.
