Job Description
We seek a Branch Manager in Transition to lead daily operations during leadership change, ensuring service continuity, staff coaching, and achievement of sales and operational targets. You will implement transition plans, manage P&L, enforce compliance, and communicate status to regional leadership. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of branch management or supervisory experience, strong change-management and interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
