Job Description

We are seeking an organized Assistant Resident Manager to support daily operations of a residential property. You will assist the Resident Manager with tenant relations, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, lease administration, and staff supervision to ensure a safe and welcoming community.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in property management or hospitality, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with leasing software, and flexible schedule.
