Job Description
As a Training Compliance Coordinator – Operations, you will manage and monitor operator training programs to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance. You will schedule and track trainings, maintain training records and certifications, coordinate with Operations, HR, and subject-matter experts, prepare compliance reports, support audits, and drive continuous improvement of training processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, experience with learning management systems and recordkeeping, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in training, compliance, or operations support preferred.
