Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, and meet production targets.
You will supervise and coach operators, create shift schedules, optimize workflows, enforce safety protocols, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Required: 3+ years in manufacturing supervision, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, familiarity with Lean principles, and excellent communication.
