Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Water Systems Operator to monitor, operate, and maintain municipal and industrial water treatment and distribution systems. Responsibilities include operating pumps and valves, conducting routine inspections, sampling and testing water quality, troubleshooting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and keeping accurate logs and reports. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, valid operator certification (or willingness to obtain), mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to work rotating shifts and emergency callouts. Strong attention to safety, communication skills, and physical stamina are required. Prior experience with SCADA systems and confined-space entry is a plus.
