Job Description

Bartimaeus Inc. seeks Child and Youth Care Workers for contract roles in Kitchener‑Waterloo, Guelph, and Cambridge. Provide behavioral supports across homes, community, hospitals, residential/day programs, and schools. Requirements: diploma or degree (CYW/CYC, DSW, SSW, BSW), 5+ years full‑time managing challenging behaviors, mental health/developmental (FASD, Autism) experience, First Aid/CPR, Vulnerable Persons Police Check, UMAB/CPI/BMS crisis training, strong communication, 2+ COVID-19 vaccine doses (3 preferred). Pay $28–$31/hr. Full-/part-time, contract, casual; flexible schedule; casual dress.
