Job Description

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator manages inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Responsible for receiving, inspecting, labeling, and recording shipments; coordinating carriers and schedules; updating inventory systems; and resolving discrepancies. Works closely with warehouse staff and vendors to maintain safe, organized storage and efficient material flow. Requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills with inventory or WMS software, good communication, and the ability to lift shipments. Prior experience in shipping/receiving or logistics and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
