Job Description
Advance Railing Ltd. is seeking a Retail Store Manager with a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of retail experience to lead daily store operations. You will direct, evaluate, and organize operations; manage 3–4 staff; assign duties; recruit and supervise; select merchandise; plan budgets; monitor revenue and expenses; and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. The role requires working under pressure, strong attention to detail, client focus, flexibility, organization, and teamwork. Permanent position, work language English, 30–35 hours per week.
