Job Description

We seek a motivated Sales Representative to build client relationships, generate leads (including door-to-door), deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and track activity in CRM. Promote property maintenance services, work with marketing, and monitor market trends to meet sales targets. Ideal candidates are personable, results-driven, organized, and able to work independently or in teams. Sales/customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills required; valid driver’s license preferred. Full-/part-time, casual or seasonal; 8-month in-person contract. Compensation: $17.65–$22.00 per year.
