Job Description
Lead and manage after-school programs for children ages 5–12, ensuring safety, development, and engaging activities. Supervise staff, design daily lesson plans, coordinate with parents and schools, enforce policies, and track attendance and behavior. Require bachelor’s degree in education or related field, 2+ years experience with school-age programs, CPR/First Aid certification, strong communication and leadership skills, and ability to pass background checks.
