Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team, craft signature cocktails, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will train and supervise staff, maintain standards of cleanliness and safety, create seasonal menus, and collaborate with management on promotions. The ideal candidate has 4+ years bartending experience, strong leadership skills, knowledge of mixology and POS systems, and excellent communication.
