Job Description
Street Chaat seeks a Grocery Store Assistant Manager to manage daily operations, staff scheduling, merchandising, pricing, marketing, budgeting, payroll, and customer service. Recruit, train, supervise staff and volunteers, conduct reviews, and resolve supply or customer issues. Requires high school diploma and 1–2 years retail management. Permanent, English-speaking, 30–32 hrs/week. Fast-paced with tight deadlines; may involve standing, walking, sitting, and lifting. Must be adaptable, team-oriented, organized, creative, honest, positive, and quick to learn.
