Job Description

We are hiring a Live-in Personal Support Worker for 2–3 day rotations to provide respectful, in-home care. Duties include personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting), mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. The role requires reliability, patience, and the ability to work independently overnight. Preferred qualifications: PSW/CNA certification or equivalent, at least one year of caregiving experience, and strong communication skills. A background check and references are required. Accommodation and board are provided during shifts, with competitive pay and orientation. Flexible availability for consecutive 2–3 day shifts is essential.
