Job Description

Vancouver Harbour Dental seeks a professional, organized Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments using Tracker, managing multi-line phones, verifying insurance and updating records in Epic or similar EHRs, processing payments and billing, and assisting check-in/check-out. The ideal candidate has prior dental front-desk experience, strong medical/dental terminology knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced office. Job types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent. Pay: $21.25–$32.00 per hour. Work Location: In person.
