Job Description
We are hiring a Snow Removal Salt Truck Operator to safely operate salt/spreader trucks during winter storms. Responsibilities include loading and operating spreaders, route driving on scheduled shifts (often nights), performing pre- and post-trip inspections, basic truck maintenance, recording material usage, and following all safety and DOT regulations. Requirements: valid CDL Class B (preferred), clean driving record, previous winter operations experience a plus, ability to lift 50 lbs, and work in cold, hazardous conditions. Strong communication, punctuality, and reliability required. Training provided for the right candidate.
