Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key duties include managing orders, troubleshooting issues, documenting interactions in our CRM, and collaborating with teams to improve processes. Ideal candidates have strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, patience, and a customer-first attitude; 1+ years in customer service or related experience and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
