Job Description

Join Gringo as a Restaurant Supervisor. Require secondary school diploma and 1–2 years (or equivalent) experience. You will train and hire food service staff, enforce sanitation and safety procedures, ensure food and service quality, prepare budgets and cost estimates, address customer complaints, maintain stock, repair, sales and wastage records, prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules. Permanent position, English required, 35 hours per week. Ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
