Job Description

Lead the bakery department, overseeing daily production, quality control, and customer service. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain fresh product standards and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities include inventory and cost control, ordering supplies, maintaining hygiene and food safety compliance, developing seasonal product offerings, and coordinating with store management.

Requirements: 3+ years bakery or retail management experience, solid baking knowledge, food safety certification, strong leadership, budgeting and inventory skills, and excellent communication. Must be available for early shifts and weekends.
