Job Description
The Polaris Head Counsellor leads our counseling program, ensuring high-quality clinical services and strategic direction for the team.
You will develop therapeutic programs, supervise counselors, manage complex cases, train staff, coordinate community partners, and respond to crises.
Requirements: Master’s in Counseling or Psychology, licensure, 5+ years clinical experience, leadership skills, strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to ethics.
