Job Description
We seek a motivated Bilingual Career Coach and Facilitator to support job seekers in English and Indonesian. You will deliver one-on-one coaching, lead workshops on resume writing, interviewing, and job search strategies, develop bilingual materials, assess client needs, and build employer partnerships. The ideal candidate has fluency in English and Indonesian, coaching or HR experience, strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with local labor markets. Coaching certification and experience with diverse populations are a plus. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and a passion for helping others achieve career goals.
