Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, lead and motivate the sales team, deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and help achieve sales targets. You should have retail experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Key duties include staff training, opening/closing procedures, sales reporting, and maintaining store standards.
