We are hiring a Full-Time Team Assistant to support daily operations and keep the team organized. Responsibilities include calendar management, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing documents, coordinating events, and assisting with basic bookkeeping and office supplies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and communicates clearly in English, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. At least one year of administrative experience preferred.
